Data Confidentiality & Limited Use: Any customer data provided to our platform remains the customer's Confidential Information and is used solely to deliver the contracted services (e.g., analytics, reporting, and AI-assisted insights). We do not sell, rent, or disclose customer data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service under contract and subject to confidentiality obligations.

No Training on Customer Data: Customer data (including prompts, inputs, files, and outputs) is not used to train or improve any general-purpose AI models. Where third-party model providers are used to process requests, we route through enterprise/commercial APIs with contractual restrictions that prohibit customer data from being used for provider model training and minimize retention.

Security & Access Controls: We apply standard enterprise safeguards such as encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, least-privilege internal access, and logging/monitoring for security events. Customer data is logically segregated, and access is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
