I spent the better part of a decade at Circana and SPINS, sitting across the table from brand teams who were drowning in data but starving for answers.
I've worked with over 300 brands across beauty, beverage, food, personal care, and VMS, from scaling challengers to Fortune 500 portfolios. I created the templates and analyses they outsourced because no one had time to run them internally. I built the reporting they used to manage their business week over week, and crafted the strategies that positioned them for their biggest retailer wins and acquisitions.
The problem was always the same. Not the data. Not the talent. The time.
